Lavu’s Cash Discount Program with Dual Pricing rewards customers for paying in cash
and helps restaurants offset up to 99% of their credit card processing fees. In most case there will be no equipment costs!

Every time a customer uses a credit or debit card, you lose roughly 3-4% on the transaction. And if a credit card has a loyalty program, the fee can be as high as 8%. For most restaurants, this cost amounts to their third-highest annual expense.
When an order is entered into Lavu POS, two prices are generated — one for Card Price and one for Cash Price.
The customer can choose the Cash Price which applies a cash discount off the Card Price total. The entire transaction is fully transparent.
If the guest pays in cash, they save. If the guest pays with a card they pay the higher listed price offsetting up to 99% of credit card processing fees for the restaurant.
